We stopped receiving the email notifications for our forms almost a month now.
I found the submissions in the admin area on your website, but we missed responding in time to a lot of leads.
I noticed we exceeded the total amount of submissions allowed with a free account (500) but this only happened today.
Can you please tell me why this happened, did you change anything in your system?
I was planning to upgrade to the paid plan, but I am concerned with the service, seeing what happened for the past month.

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
