Why am I receiving an 'Ooops! Could not access file' message on multiple forms on submission?

    There must be something going wrong with my acct. I have received this message as Im going through and submitting forms throughout me acct. Please help me fix this issue pronto.

    I have submitted a test form entry, but I was not able to reproduce the error.

    Could you please try to submit it once again? If the issue still persists and form is embedded on some web page, please provide us with a link to the web page in question so we will be able to test embedded version of the form.

    I received the correct thank you message and email notification when I went through the actual application on the 2nd page. However, when I go through the entire process the way my clients will, including the 1st and 2nd page, I get the error message.

     

    The form isn't embedded anywhere. However, they are attached to a bit.ly link. bit.ly/beavendor OR 

    https://form.jotform.com/61045024066142. Please attempt the way my potential clients would. Just go through the entire process and this may show you what is going on.

    Please disable the 'Send Uploads as Attachment' option in email settings for now.
