Is it possible to view which emails a submission was sent to? I had a problem where a submission was only sent to one recipient (I think?) and need to know who else might have received it.

Thank you so much for the quick response however I’m not sure what I’m seeing is right. I apologize and appreciate your patience and help a lot to help me understand.
When I check the history (browse activity log for emails as you explained how) for the last month it shows the form submissions have only been sending to a few of the email recipients instead of everyone? And it seems sort of random? I’m looking for an email to be sent to every single person whenever a form is filled. I noticed there is a way to add multiple addresses to each ‘notification’. Is that a better method than putting each email as a separate notification? I would prefer the latter if it’s the same. At the moment I have 17 and would continue to add recepients/notifications.
I did just do a test since you removed my firstname.lastname@example.org from the bounce list but then when I tested other emails that I have they all get sent to the email@example.com account instead of the one listed in the individual notification (joe@snocalshavedice, firstname.lastname@example.org). On Jan 20 it looks like it sent to all 3 emails bu then started sending as individual emails but definitely isn’t showing all the emails it sent. I did ask recipients to let me know if they received emails and I believe most did even though it didn’t show it was sent in the history. It looks like it will only show it being sent to a max of 3 per date?
Sorry this is a ton of questions but really don’t understand if it’s working correctly or not. I know you’ve been updating the site to make it easier and it definitely looks better but I’m not sure if it’s working correctly.

As mentioned in the guide, multiple recipient email is limited to 10 per Notifier and 2 for Autoresponder.
Creating 1 Notifier for each intended recipient e-mail should also work just fine. For example, if you have 17 intended recipient, then, you can create 1 Notifier for each.
I am not sure at this time what is the condition or limit on how the sent email logs register the submission emails as sent in the history logs. But can you share to us an example submission (at least 3 if applicable) you have on the form that did not registred in the sent email log?
We can investigate it further for any issue.
Alternatively, if you really want to make sure you instantly get the record for the sent emails, you can also setup the email using your own SMTP email.
User guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Since this configuration will use your own SMTP email server, you should be able to get the logs then on your email server.
