Is there a better way to collect credit card information?

Hi !!!

I have a form that I use to get credit card information from students.  How can I "blank" the fields after

the form has been processed, Thank You screen presented and the customer hits the "back" button.

Or, is there a better way/form to collect credit card information?

Unfortunately, there is no way to collect CC information using plain text fields on your JotForm unless you are integrating a payment method on your form. I see that your JotForm titled "Credit Card Authorization Form" is collecting credit card information using plain text fields. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

We request you to remove the guilty fields from the form immediately to avoid any suspensions on your account.
