Can I import my PDF form to JotForm?

If you trying to upload the file and display it on your website then you will need to upload if to your own server, then once you can access it through an URL you will be able to embed it by using the iFrame widget, here is the link to it: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

But if you're looking to allow your users to upload a PDF file and submit it, then you can simply add the File Upload field to your form: 

Then they will be able to submit you their files.

No, my answer has not been answered...it may be not allowed. I have a pdf work order that I want to make fillable. So all I really want to do is... upload my odf, create the fields, add a signature box, add a submit button with a hyperlink of an email address. So my work flow is this... I fill out work order when my on site job is done, turn the tablet around to get client to sign off on it, press submit to launch Outlook with emails already in line....

Unfortunately you cannot import your custom PDF form into JotForm using the Form Builder and then update/modify it like the regular JotForm Form.

You will need to create the form from scratch using the Form Builder. You can use your PDF form instead as your design base when creating the form in your Form Builder.

After you have created the form, you can also export it sa PDF form. You can create a PDF form using your created form in JotForm
