None of my forms are getting emailed like they use to???

    To Whom It May Concern:


    Since Thursday July 14th, none of my forms have been getting emailed to me like they used to with the notification email??? Nor our my clients getting the autoresponder email...


    Please help me figure this out asap, thank you!

    Your email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you are unable to receive the email notifications there. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.

    You can also check if an address is in the bounce list using your account. Simply follow this guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.

    Regarding the autoresponders, I checked your account's email history and the autoresponders were sent successfully. You can check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History. Regards.
