I am unable to finish the integration setup for madmimi.

I am able to enter my username and API key ... and it authenticates. It then gives my list as a dropdown to choose from but when I go to select "Integrate" to complete the integration it is grayed out and doesn't let me select it.

Once you have selected the list, new options should appear where you will be able to match the fields on jotform with the ones in Mad Mimi. The "Complete Integration" button will only be enabled once you have matched the said fields. Please see the screen recording below:
