Form Submissions: Ability to embed submissions page to a webpage.

I think what psgcasedata is asking is how can one embed https://www.jotform.com/submissions/##### onto a website?

The submissions page is extremely useful especially if you need to sort and filter data.

I'm also looking for a way to embed this into WordPress but still no luck.

Unfortunately, you cannot display the "Submissions" page in a website since it is an internal page that can be access by the user administrator.

You need to embed the HTML table listing report or Grid Listing report in order to display the submissions to your webpage. Please check these guides:

    How-to-Create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report
    How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

At the end of the wizard, an Iframe code will be provided to you. You can then embed this on your webpage.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi Jan, the HTML table or Grid listing reports are not able to show individual submissions. They also provide links to download the pdf, xlsx or CSV. There's also no option to edit the submissions within the same page.

If this is the case, can I request for such a function? This is extremely useful.

I can confirm that it is not possible to download the submission as pdf, xlsx, csv or edit the submission within the same page using the HTML table or Grid listing. Although it is still possible to show an edit link using the Grid and HTML Table Report. When this is enabled, the user can click on the edit link in the report and they will be redirected to a page where they can edit the submission.

However, I do understand that you would prefer the ability to embed the submission page to a website so you can make use of the features available on the submissions page. I have now sent a feature request on your behalf. We cannot assure you if or when this feature may be implemented, but once there are any updates on your request, we shall let you know on this thread. Regards.

Hi Christian, thanks for the confirmation. I guess it's not so much as to having the submissions page "cut and paste" wholesale onto my website but more of having the ability to have the HTML or Grid Reports extract more meaningful data.

For e.g. To extract only submissions by certain users or within certain range. This function is available in the submissions page but cannot be incorporated into the HTML or Grid Table.

The Edit Submission link is also quite irritating when user have to be brought into another page or window. This back and forth turns users off if they have multiple rows of data they have to edit.

I'm having more luck in the Visual Report function but there's no Grid or Table which is a more ideal presentation of the data.

That said, I know this is a feature that is definitely possible to happen because existing functions are all there except not combined together! Definitely looking forward for the Feature to be launched!

Thank you for the clarification. Those features you have listed are indeed possible in the submissions page, but not in the Gird Reports or HTML Table Listing Report. Rest assured these capabilities of the submission page have been noted on the feature request that I sent. We shall let you know on this thread as soon as there are any news. Cheers.

Hi Chriistian is there any updates on embedding the submissions page? If not any functions to add to the Grid or HTML report? It seems like i'm not the only one waiting for this! Appreciate the works =)

I read that there's a way to get specific data using API, any tutorial on that?

I've no idea on how to use API.

Unfortunately there is currently no update on the feature that you requested. There is also no functions that you can use to add these features to the Grid or HTML Report. We will have to wait for any news from our developer, as features are added based on the request's popularity with the users.

You can use the jotform API to get specific data from the submissions, but you will need to hire a developer to program this for you. Here's an overview of the jotform API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#overview.

    Thank you for your patience.
