Enhanced Recurring Payments

I use Paypal (Do not have Paypal Express or Pro Set-up).

Can I use 

with Paypal through Jotform?

This is the first time I heard "Enhanced Recurring Payments", so my knowledge about it is quite limited, is this an option to where your customers can checkout or pay without having a Paypal account? I believe this is more related to what Paypal account you have. You can ask Paypal directly to see if this is available on your end.

If you would just like sell subscriptions or ask recurring payments from your users, it is possible in Paypal standard. However, the option to pay without a Paypal account may vary on your account type and the location of the customer (I believe).
