Cloning from an existing document

    Hello

    I have cloned an Acceptance and Commissioning form that I designed a while ago.  The new form I want to create is similar to my Acceptance and Commissioning form.

     

    I have now created my new form which is a Customer Training Completion form.  However, when testing this form and submitting it, the body of the email comes through as the Acceptance and Commissioning form but when I open the PDF which is attached to the email it is my new form, the Customer Training Completion form.

     

    Please can you advise how I resolve this issue before I publish my phone to the company.

    Delete the notifications from your cloned form:

    Cloning from an existing document Image 1 Screenshot 20

    And create it again: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications, the new notification will be updated with your current form fields.
