Can Use A Set Of Eyes On My Inventory Calculation and Payment Wizard

Hi. Can someone possibly take a look at my form to let me know what I might be missing with regard to getting my calculation to show in the insurance subtotal field I've set up? Also, "Total For All Reservations This Trip" isn't copying over into the credit card section like it normally would (and is doing) on previous forms created. Can you try filling out the form to see what I'm talking about and then maybe guiding me through the tweaks I need to make? Thank you and much appreciated. 

I checked the form and the calculation fields also have conditions to insert values.

Remove the conditions that are inserting values into your calculation fields and keep the calculations as is.  This will allow the totals for your widgets to work properly.

I believe the form is working how you are expecting it to.
