We have a form "ActivPartner Survey" which has been disabled. I'm sure this is due to exceeding our maximum on this account. I simply need to enable this form so I can clone it to my personal JotForm account. Is there anyway to do this?

This form is not disabled, it even have a cloned copy already in your account. And there is no warning sign yet that you are exceeding any maximums on this account.
