How can i exit the restore mode?

Hi,

I created a form in my profile named "Anucie aqui!".

I tried to publish it on faceboo using you tools.

It created the guide on my fanpage but did not show the form.

The only information it shows is: The form is in restore mode please try again later!

I looked for this restore mode all arounde the website and didnt find it!

Can you help me? I need this form to show up on my facebook fanpage.
