We are receiving duplicates of submission notifications for our LEED for Homes forms. I have looked over the notification settings and cannot figure out why this is happening. Please provide information about how to mitigate this issue.

Are you saying that you get a duplicate notification for every submission made via the form in question? If so, it's likely that the issue is more than users making duplicate submissions.
