When I used the field settings or delete button at least once on the form, I can't access those buttons on any other fields until I add a new field.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on Windows and Mac devices.
Could you please confirm that the issue is only happening on Chromebook Pixel 2 using Google Chrome?
