How can I show up the actual name instead of its calculation value in the HTML field?

Quando adiciono um valor de cálculo em minhas perguntas do formulário, o nome resultante no HTML passa a ser o mesmo que está escrito no valor de cálculo.

Gostaria que mostrasse o nome da opção, não o valor de cálculo. Existe uma forma?

It would show up the calculation values since you have them in the field. Unfortunately, the only workaround would be to add a textbox field then conditionally fill it with the option name instead of the calculation value. After that, use this textbox in the HTML field.
