My account has been disabled because it went over the limit

    Hi Jotform,

For the 4th month in a row my account has been disabled because it went over the limit of 10 enquiries per month.

I noticed unusual activity in the first month it was disabled. This was we were receiving enquiries thru our website almost daily with limited information and no contact details. Strangely, we only received 6-10 enquiries in the past year and these were from legitimate customers. We don't expect a lot of enquiries thru our website which is why our contract developer used the free Jotform enquiry template. As such we never saw the need to upgrade to a higher transaction subscription and still don't otherwise we would.

The conclusion I have drawn is these incomplete enquiries are generated by Jotform to push me into upgrading. This is really sneaky and underhanded. If you don't want people to try and test your product don't put it out for free then do something like this.

I am happy to upgrade when there are sufficient legitimate enquiries to warrant this. In the meantime I suggest you cease this activity.

    Brian

Your form has been created using a guest account. Please do note that guest accounts are limited to just 10 SSL or Secure submissions per month. You've exceeded this limit and this is the reason why your form is currently disabled.

I have reactivated your account and form, but I would suggest creating an account using your current email address in order to take advantage of the 100 regular/SSL submissions per month.
