Can't change product quantity on Jotform Paypal field

Hi, 

Right now, there is no option to increase the quantity one wants to purchase on my Paypal products. I looked this problem up in the support forum and saw a response on how to remedy this situation from 2015. However, when I set up the Paypal integration, there are only two options next to each product: Add new option & Delete Product. There is no third 'Edit' Option where I could potentially change the quantity. 

Can you please help with this so that my customers can buy more than one of any given product?

When editing the items in the payment wizard, there is a button "Add Quantity" at the lower portion. Click on that button to open the screen to add Quantity option for the item/product option.
