I am currently using Chrome 51.0.2704.106 on Windows 10, but I did not encounter any issues with the drag and drop feature. Can you please try clearing your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue? I would also recommend updating chrome to its latest version to see if that helps. If the issue persists, please let us know.

I have looked at this thread and the others, i have cleared my cache yet I have not been able to drag anything for almost 2 months now.
Someone please help
