We have this as a default already. Empty fields in the form are now automatically hidden by default in the notification and autoresponder emails. If you're still getting the empty fields, I would suggest re-creating your form emails.

Re-create it: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
