Email Wizard: Add ability to identify font style and size in editor.Asked by charitychallenge on July 21, 2016 at 02:01 AM
Unlike the text editor in other parts of Jotform, when editing Emails and Thank You screen, the Font name and size do not show up when clicking on text. This makes it very tricky to ensure consistency in the text that is displayed in the emails and thank you after a form is submitted.
Even with the normal field text editor, if you select text and click a font and then reselect the same font, the font switches back and forth and is sometimes fiddly to manage.
I checked the Email Notification and I can see the issue you are referring to. I am unable to identify the font style of the text nor the font size that I used.
I have sent a feature request to our developers for the ability to see the font style and font size used for the texts in the and Email wizard. You can also see the request for the Thank you page by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/887527. We will let you know on this thread once there are any updates. Regards.
