Security of DataAsked by markblacker on July 21, 2016 at 04:12 AM
I have been asked by a customer if the data collected on forms and stored (In Europe) is encrypted?
I would appreciate it if you could just confirm this for me.
All JotForm data are securely stored on our server. However, we do not encrypt those data. If you want your form submission data to be encrypted, you can enable the encrypt form settings of JotForm. You can check this article for more information about encrypted forms: Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them.
