What happens to my forms if I cancel my subscription?

    Hello,

I have a client that wants to use JotForm. He only needs one form created. If he pays for the subscription for 1 or 2 months, creates a form, then cancels the subscription....what happens to the form he created at that point.

    Thanks you.

If you are currently subscribed to a paid plan and then you downgraded to the free plan, the forms will still remain at your account. However, you need to make sure that you are not exceeding the limits or else your account will get suspended. Here's an example:

July 1, 2016 - Plan upgraded to Bronze (1,000 submissions per month)
July 20, 2016 -You have 600 submissions and then you downgraded to a Free plan.

The account will be suspended since Free plan has only 100 submissions per month. You need to wait until August 1, 2016 for the submission counter to reset back to 0. The forms will remain on the account so that if you decided to upgrade your plan. Please check our pricing page.

Let us know if you need more clarifications. Thank you.
