Is there a way or a template that you can have a "table" of some sort where people choose say, a time slot and others can see open and closed slots?

I want a table with time slots that people can choose which slot.  Then it shows the taken slots.  However, once someone clicks on a slot, I want them to fill in some more info, but that doesn't need to be visible to everyone.  mysignup.com does this...but their forms look very unprofessional.

We have a widget that will help you with that, you will find it here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots

This guide will help you: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

This widget will help you to set up an available number of slots in a specified time.

I would suggest you to take a look to it and you may let us know of it works as you need.

    Thank you! That helped!
Is there any way to put more than one selection on a row just so the list of options isn't so long n narrow? They can only select one of the options so I can't split options to another widget

Glad to see that the Appointment slots widget helped. Your other question is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
