I am no longer receiving email notifications

    I'm having the same issue where I am no longer getting form entry notifications since perhaps about April 19.

    Why am I not receiving my submitted forms via email anymore? Submission forms are not forwarding to my email? Do you have a resolution? Why are respondents to my form not receiving notification emails?

    I am checking with my Exchange mail administrator.

     

    But is there any chance JotForm has been blacklisted?

    And how would I check for blacklisting upstream?

    UPDATE: Thank you for removing me from your Bounce List. My test form entry generated an email auto-response to myself. Mark RESOLVED.

    I see that your email address is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving emails from us. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue.

    Please make sure that you have the Sender name and email address is filled in the email notification. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
