Hi,
I created a new form yesterday (Happiness Burst) and there seems to be a problem with it.
1) I am getting no email notifications from submissions
2) People have the option to make a donation or not. When they make a donation, I receive a PayPal notification, but nothing from JotForm. I looked at my account and some of people who have paid on PayPal show no submission on Jot Form.
PLEASE HELP!

The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem.
On regards of the PayPal payments, I assume you have enabled the PayPal IPN: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
Could you provide the details such as name and email address of the people who successfully paid, but no submission is recorded in your form's submission view? https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
