I have created a customer feedback form to send to customers after buying our products, i have tested all the fields before sending out and all have worked successfully. However the first customer i have sent it out to says the form was not accepting his e-mail address (which is a legitimate company e-mail address). My question is how do you find out which e-mail addressed jotform will not accept?

If I understood you correctly your user was not able to enter his email address inside of email field of your form.
Was there an error message shown when he entered his email address?
On this link you can check if email address is verified: http://verify-email.org/
JotForm should accept all email addresses.
Please provide us email address of your user, so that we can test your form with his email address.
