How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions

Please note that your current Matrix field type, does not compare results between selected items. The charts will be different for each item (candidate).

As an alternative to the Matrix field, you might consider a Radio Button field type (user can select one item), or a Check Box field type (user can select multiple items).
