How can I create an invoice based on the form

Hi,

I managed to setup the form (thanks for your friendly guide), and I want to setup an invoice where people can make a payment. 

So what's the best approach in doing so? The invoice is basically going to be based on the form once it's successfully submitted by the user then on the invoice user will be asked to pay the fee. 

Please advise.
