    Attachment file types problem

Asked by bradblackson on March 31, 2012 at 12:43 AM

    Hello,

I created a form with file attachment button. .jpg is clearly one of the formats thats allowed, yet system throws an error saying that filename.jpg isn't allowed, only these file formats are allowed: blah blah, .jpg, blah...

See screenshot... What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Roma

    Hi Roma,

Please try to recreate the said field and let us know if that doesn't fixed it. Thanks.

Just and FYI, to allow all file types in an upload field, click your form's file upload field and then click Extensions button on the toolbar and replace everything in the box with just an asterisk (*), like this below:

Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks.
