contracts https://form.jotform.com/50645334192150 are being completed and I am receiving payment but they are not being processed. The last one indicated problems during submission, but I see the form. There seems to be three forms stuck
I am not sure if I understood you correctly. Are you receiving submissions on your account, but you are not receiving money on your PayPal account?
Or you are receiving money on your PayPal account, but you are not able to see submissions on your JotForm account?
Or were you unable to submit your form?
I have also done test submission on your form and when I submitted the form I got redirected to Paypal.
Please provide us more details about your issue. If you are receiving some error message, please provide us a screenshot of that message.
