Disabled Account

    I see I was disabled due to reaching max capacity of payments. My understanding was that 100 submissions are allowed. 


    Does Jotform disable account when any of the max is reached, or disable just that feature.


    When does the monthly count reset, first of next month? 


    Any help appreciated, thanks.

    While reviewing your account I did noticed that you have reach the limit of paid forms. A free account is only allowed to receive 10 payment form per month.

    Once you reach any of the limits your forms will automatically be disabled. The counter reset the first of every month, in this case it will reset the 1st of August. If you require your forms to be active, you would need to upgrade your plan. Please review our pricing page for all the plan with have.
