Hello I followed all the instruction and I discovered the form does not display on several browsers like Opera, Safari and UC Browser http://ijmbexam.com/ijmb-form/

If you are using more than one JotForm-Wordpress plugin enabled in your WP admin page it might caused problems in your end. Please disable or uninstall other JotForm plugins that you have in Wordpress. And try to integrate the below Plugin:
