How can I access uploaded files that give access denied error?Asked by cbinder on July 21, 2016 at 02:54 PM
I am trying to access this link through our account:
It gives me this error:This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>06D3FF87002EBD7C</RequestId><HostId>HnSp6e14HZYoASK4t3foC8+PFMRUXiyVJky7wwiEGzfCJBe9c9tYRVWQOMmrpJEdEVUFlaBqV2w=</HostId></Error>Please help.Thank you.
It looks like the file is not uploaded correctly through the submission. I have tried re-uploading the file but couldn't do so since the file is not available in the server. We would request you to check with the person who submitted the form to resubmit the file/form again. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
