My forms are not displaying

I turn on the power by jotform and my forms are still not showing, PLEASE HELP!!!

I see that you have enabled the 'Powered by JotForm' option in your account. Unfortunately, this doesn't affect to your account to get unlimited views since the account is created recently. The JotForm footer option is not available for the users registered after 1st June 2016. For now, I have reset the form views to 8000 so that you can get 2000 more form views for the current month. Once this limit is over, please be noted it is required to upgrade your account to a higher plan in order to continue to receive the form submissions.
