I'm thinking of someway we can pull up there record see theri details and or mark that they were there using an Ipad. Or could I import data into another type of form than I used for registering and do something that way? Anybody have a suggestion. Thanks!

You could add a field to your form to note whether or not that person was at the event. This field could be added to an admin section of the form. Here is a guide on how to setup a password protected section of a form:

If you do go this route, take care not to use the term "password" in your form. Use something like "Admin". Using the word password in a form will result in that account being suspended.
You could use the submission view to manage the submissions. There is a search bar at the bottom. When someone arrives, search for they name to bring up their submission:

Edit the submission to include whether or not that person was there.
