Why Webhook integration is not working anymore?

    We have a form is sending results via email, to Google Drive and to our SQL Database (using the Webhook Add-on). We noticed a couple of submissions that we received via email and Google drive but NOT into our DB through Webhook.

    1) Is there any where on the JotForm side where I can see Webhook logs to see if there were any issues connecting to our db?

    2) Are there any known best practices on troubleshooting this scenario I described above?

    I'm not sure you can view logs related to webhooks from JotForm's side. 

    Maybe something changed in your PHP file, or in the database so it is not matching the PHP file anymore.

    I would check that first and also if you did some changes on the form itself it might cause your script not to work.
