Hello -
I encrypted our JotForm last week so our customers could send information securely, and now can't un-encrypt it to read it. Help! It originally asked me to upload a document for the PIN and I'm not sure what happened but that box is gone and just the encrypted texts remains.
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated!
Kindly,
Beth

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have the key when you first created the form, you can upload it in your browser. To do so, you would need to first clear your browser's cache and cookies. Keys are directly saved in your browser and not send to our servers.
When you are trying to view the submission data, your browser will ask you to upload the KEY
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE LOST THE KEY, ALL THE SUBMISSION DATA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RECOVERED. IT WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST.
For more information about the encryption please review our guide:
