    Email notification not sending to email address.

    One of our forms is set to send notifications to a specific email address, foodconnection@shfb.org, upon submission.  As of May 25th, this email address stopped receiving notifications, but all other email addresses associated with forms continued receiving notifications as normal.

     

    Testing showed the following behavior:

    Sending a notification to JUST foodconnection@shfb.org led to NO email being received

    Sending a notification to another email address led to an email being received (as expected)

    Sending a notification to foodconnection@shfb.org AND another email address led to BOTH emails being received (as expected)

    Sending a notification to foodconnection@shfb.org AND a separate notification to another email address led to ONLY the other email address receiving a notification

     

    In summary, foodconnection@shfb.org is not receiving notifications when it is the ONLY named address for a given notification.  This is very bizarre behavior and I was wondering if you could shed any light on it.

     

    We have checked our mail server for this address and do not see any failed emails from noreply@jotform.com.  Do you have any way of looking up bouncebacks on your side?

     

    Is there any unique behavior to the notification sender that might explain this?

    It appears that the email address foodconnection@shfb.org was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the email notifications there. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.
