I did check your form's submission page and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I am not sure what is causing this issue.
I did clone this form and tested it by disabling encryption, it works fine. When I tested the same form by enabling encryption, I was able to replicate the issue in cloned form as well.
Let me report this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

In the last few months, we have made improvements to the encryption system. May we know if you are still experiencing the issue you reported here?
