We have received your question blank and having only title. Do you mean to say that you want to receive the submissions through email? If so, you may setup a notification on your JotForm so that the submission data will be sent to your email address.
If you have already setup a notification on your form and not receiving the emails, we request you to go through the guide below that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
