Visual Report Not Showing All Data

HI.  I have a form titled "Welcome to Guy Harvey Magazine's Online Fisherman Reader Survey"

When I go to reports > visual report, the data is only the first 2 questions.  I can't figure out a way to see all the data in a visual way.

You have to add another chart or you can change the field question used on the existing chart.
