Can I have upload image without the preview?

Is there a way to upload images on the form without it showing the preview? It seems to be pushing the submit button off the page. Also, Im testing out the form and the fields keeping the information in the fields instead of resetting.

I just checked your Form, and found you are using "Image Upload Preview" widget for uploading the image. If you do not want to show Image preview, then use simple "File Upload" field from Basic Fields:

Regarding " fields keeping the information", I think it is your Browser's Cache issue. So please clear your Browser's Cache . And check it once again.
