integration with Google Spreadsheet fails to connect frequently

My spreadsheet is integrated with google. This has happened several times. When I check submissions it is not updated. I have to remove the integration and re add it to get the latest update of submission. How can I prevent it from losing the integration

The integration should not be removing itself.  New submissions should update the sheet.  I checked a couple of my test forms that have the integration present and both were still integrated.  If the integration fails again, let us know before re-integrating it.  We will be happy to have a look to see what failed.
