I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you want to send the email notification again for a form submission that you have already received? If so, unfortunately, there is no direct way to resend the notifications. However, you may edit the submission from the submissions view and resubmit the form so that the notifications will be triggered again adding EDIT in the subject line.
