Forgot password retrieval not working

    I cannot get signed in and the "forgot password" process has not sent me anything. Please help. Thank you.

    I have just reviewed your account. It seems that your email was in our bounce list and is the reason you did not receive an email. I have removed it and you should be able to receive emails now. Can you please try again the FORGOT PASSWORD link.

    Thanks, but it’s not confirming my request when I click the green button. Nothing’s happening.
