I have just reviewed your account. It seems that your email was in our bounce list and is the reason you did not receive an email. I have removed it and you should be able to receive emails now. Can you please try again the FORGOT PASSWORD link.
If you are still not able to receive the email with the instruction on how to reset your password, we will be glad to send it out.
