I really like your forms! Only problem here: There are updates on my form that I didn't made, and that restore older version of my form. I can assure no one else has the access to my forms. And the updates are important, like hundreds of update at the same time.
Is there any update of your website or software that can interfere with my forms? It's really weird. Here's two example of the updates:
We tried your software and are really enjoying it. We were about to buy an annual package, but would like to be assured that this problem can be fix.

I see that there are no forms in your account mplalibertealvino. I see that the forms that you are referring to are associated to a different user Financierealvino. As per the screenshot provided, the changes were made by the same user.
Please check with the user if the changes are being made by him and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

I understand. However, since the account can be logged from any location using Internet connection I request you to confirm once again. You can also get the IP address of the account login from the account history page.
Also, you can find what changes has been made by clicking on the time in the Form revision history. As a security measure, please make sure that you are logging out of your JotForm account or locking your PC screen if are away from the PC. You may also consider changing the password of your account.
