The Attach PDF and Upload as Attachment are enabled in the autoresponder email and you are using email@example.com as the sender email. These features will only work if firstname.lastname@example.org is used so please switch that.
If the autoresponder is still not delivered, ask your submitters to check spam. Adding email@example.com to their safe sender/contact list will also help.
