My autoresponder email is using Jotform as the sender email instead of my ownAsked by trmahadi on July 23, 2016 at 04:19 AM
Last time when I set sender email my personal email and it worked and showed email came from my email via amazon. But now it's not working. It always shows email from email@example.com something like that. I don't want my client to show what facility I used for auto response.
Is it a bug or jot from did it intentionally ? TIA
You still have your Gmail address as the custom sender email in the form. I think you've fixed this already. But please be informed that Gmail has updated their own DMARC policy (https://dmarc.org/) and using a Gmail address for outgoing emails but not using their own server will likely to be blocked by them. To fix this, add your Gmail address by SMTP method instead:
