How to have a drop down to add a second or third registartion

I want to use a form to register children for a class.  How do I add a drop down that says "Add second student' and have it open the exact same fields as the original registrant?

Let me please inform you that this is possible to add the 'second student' fields to the form, and then show them on form based on conditional logic. You can check the next support forum thread to get the idea on this.
